We are currently seeking a reliable and mechanically inclined Maintenance Technician to join our team on a full-time temporary basis. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on mechanical experience who enjoys troubleshooting, repairing equipment, and performing preventative maintenance in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance
- Lubricate and maintain chains and other moving equipment
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues
- Complete routine equipment inspections
- Ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and policies
- Perform additional maintenance duties as assigned
- Previous mechanical repair or maintenance experience required
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Forklift repair and maintenance experience is considered a strong asset
- Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environment
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment and parts
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods
- Comfortable working in an industrial environment
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift
- Monday to Friday
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Full-time hours
- $21.00–$24.00 per hour, based on experience

This is a full-time Maintenance Technician position on a temporary to permanent basis based in Moncton, NB.
