As a Shop Manager, you'll play a key role in driving operational excellence, building strong teams, and delivering the exceptional customer experience that Craftsman Collision is known for.

What You'll Do
  • Lead daily shop operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability.

  • Provide coaching, direction, and support to a diverse team of technicians, estimators, and coordinators.

  • Champion a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and customer care.

  • Manage shop financials, KPIs, payroll, and vendor relationships.

  • Promote Craftsman Collision in the community and support business development initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, company policies, and procedures.

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in automotive, collision repair, or related industries (leadership and customer service experience required).

  • Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset.

  • Strong understanding of shop operations, budgeting, and performance management.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of estimating software (Mitchell, Audatex, ALLDATA) and familiarity with ADAS/vehicle calibration systems considered an asset.

  • Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract.

  • Legally entitled to work in Canada.
