About the OpportunityA rapidly growing software company is looking for an ambitious Sales Representative to join its team and drive new business across Ontario.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and closing new business in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. This role can be based around Toronto or around Ottawa.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $60,000–$70,000
- Uncapped commission plan

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within assigned territories
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
- Develop relationships with decision-makers across HVAC, plumbing and electrical service sectors, construction, transportation, maintenance, and property management organizations
- Conduct outreach through phone, email, networking, and in-person meetings
- Meet with prospective clients to understand their operational challenges and business needs
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations tailored to each customer's requirements
- Clearly communicate the value of the software solution, including productivity improvements, operational efficiencies, and cost savings
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation and close
- Ensure a seamless customer experience following the sale
- Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for additional business
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers to maximize satisfaction and retention
- Maintain accurate opportunity tracking within the CRM
- Manage sales activities and pipeline to consistently achieve performance targets
- Provide market feedback and customer insights to internal teams to support product and sales strategy
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in saas and prior experience working with industrial service organizations
- Proven experience prospecting and generating new business opportunities
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience using CRM platforms and other sales technologies
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory
