Field Representative Position - Mississauga, ON L5G 1E3

Our paid training program provides instruction in public engagement, fundraising techniques, and the use of our custom apps to ensure you are fully prepared for your role.
Advancement Opportunities: Team members may progress to Team Leader, Manager, or Director roles. We conduct regular performance reviews and promote from within.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM
Pay: $800 - $1,200 weekly On-Target Earnings (OTE).
Higher earnings based on performance.
Duties:
- Represent charities and hospitals, including Trillium Health Partners, Save The Children, and Hope & Healing, by engaging with the public throughout the day.
- Share information and secure long-term monthly donors.
- Conduct in-person direct marketing in outdoor high-traffic areas, at community events, and occasionally door-to-door.
- Use custom apps to process information and track progress during daily outreach.
Candidate Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in customer service, sales, or fundraising is an asset.
- Comfortable engaging with the public in a variety of settings
