Business Development Associate - Kingston, ON
We are seeking an energetic, relationship-driven professional to join our team as a Business Development Associate for a home care company. This role combines community outreach, sales, relationship-building, and client care consultations.
This is more than a traditional sales role It is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and their families. You will be out in the community building trust, developing referral partnerships, educating people about our services, and helping families navigate important care decisions. Your ability to connect with people and build strong relationships will directly impact the quality of care and support seniors receive.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and referral partners
Promote services through networking, presentations, and community engagement
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the community
Conduct care consultations with prospective clients and families
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate care solutions
Collaborate with internal team members to support growth and quality care delivery
Qualifications
Experience in sales, business development, healthcare, customer service, or care coordination preferred
Strong networking, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Good computer and organizational skills
Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and good driving record required
Ability to travel within the community for meetings, networking, and client visits
