Job Summary
We are currently seeking experienced and dependable Reach Truck Operators to join our clients growing team at their Creditstone facility. This is a Direct Hire (Permanent) opportunity within a stable, unionized environment, offering competitive step-wage progression, shift premiums, and plenty of overtime potential.
We are currently expanding and relocating operations, making this a steady, high-volume environment with long-term career growth.
Available Shifts
We have multiple steady shift schedules:
- Mid-Day Shift (1 position): Monday to Friday | 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Afternoon Shift (6 positions): Monday to Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Night Shift (6 positions): Sunday to Thursday | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate a Reach Truck to load, unload, move, and stack materials throughout the warehouse.
- Pick, put away, and organize product inventory to support ongoing transition and relocation schedules.
- Adhere strictly to facility safety protocols, equipment checklists, and operational guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace.
- Collaborate with warehouse leads and teams to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of safe operating experience on a Reach Truck (MHE) is strictly required.
- Certification: Must hold a valid, current Forklift/Reach Truck certification.
- VNA Assets: Prior experience or training on VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) machines is a strong asset (on-site training will be provided).
- Reliability: Excellent attendance, punctuality, and a commitment to working a consistent 40-hour weekly schedule.
- Screening: Must be able to successfully pass an on-site MHE practical assessment and a standard background check.
