Production Operator - All Shifts

We are recruiting for upcoming positions in Stratford. Our client specializes in manufacturing electric motors and components. We are searching for a candidate that meets the following requirements:

• Physical ability to load and unload products from machines
• A keen eye for detail, able to perform quality checks
• A high level of integrity and dependability
• No technical or educational experience is necessary
• A self-starter, keen to learn and grow on the job
• Confidence in communicating and working with team members at all levels of the organization
• Willing and eager to work overtime as required

Duties and Responsibilities

A typical shift may include:

• Loading, unloading, sorting products from machinery
• Performing quality checks
• Tracking progress, product irregularities
• Ensuring smooth 'hand-offs' between team members and shifts through constant and clear communication
• Working in compliance with Quality and HSE Policies and Procedures
• Reporting to Production Supervisor

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• Shift time: 7pm - 7am

Compensation:

• Starting at $20.86
