A growing manufacturing organization is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety Manager to support the development of their operations. This is a unique opportunity to join a mission-driven team where safety plays a critical role in both day-to-day operations and long-term business growth.
The Role
The Environmental, Health & Safety Manager will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of EHS programs across a dynamic technical environment. This hands-on leader will help ensure compliance, strengthen risk management practices, and support the organization's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs aligned with provincial regulations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and program teams.
- Perform risk assessments, audits, and inspections.
- Lead incident investigations, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies and external stakeholders.
- Track, analyze, and report on safety performance metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure ongoing compliance with applicable legislation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in an EHS role within a technical, manufacturing, or regulated environment.
- Strong knowledge of provincial EHS regulations.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities.

This is a full-time position.
The salary range is $100,000.00–$110,000.00 per year.
Candidates need 5+ years of experience in an EHS role within a technical, manufacturing, or regulated environment.
