Loiselle Sports Limoges is looking for a passionate Technical Advisor to join its team. In this role, you will act as the link between customers and the service department. You will welcome customers, schedule appointments, prepare work orders, and follow up on repairs and warranty claims. If you enjoy customer service, teamwork, and the recreational vehicle industry, we would love to hear from you.
Education Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent experience. Previous experience in customer service, administration, or the recreational vehicle industry is considered an asset.
Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication skills in both French and English
Organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Basic computer skills
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Valid driver's licence
Interest in recreational vehicles (an asset)
Responsabilities
Welcome customers and answer questions regarding maintenance and repairs
Schedule and coordinate service appointments
Open and manage work orders
Follow up on repairs with technicians and customers
Process warranty claims as required
Prepare estimates and explain completed work
Maintain clear communication with customers throughout the service process
Perform various administrative duties related to the service department
