The Role:

We are looking for a Sales & Customer Service Associate to join the Home Care Supply family! This is your chance to combine your passion for renovation and sales in a dynamic, customer-facing role. You will be the face of our brand — guiding customers through their product selections, building long-term relationships, and ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression. Duties/Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers, as well as handle inbound phone and email inquiries
• Listen to customer project needs and recommend the right products with confidence
• Generate quotes and actively follow up to convert inquiries into completed sales
• Process orders and liaise with the warehouse team to ensure smooth pickups and deliveries
• Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our full product catalogue including doors, vanities, and hardware
• Support showroom presentation by keeping displays organized and well-stocked

Skills/Experience/Knowledge:

• Demonstrated sales experience is required — you know how to build rapport and close
• Hands-on background in renovation, construction, or building materials is required
• Must be able to reliably commute to our location
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A natural problem solver who stays calm and solutions-focused under pressure
• Able to manage multiple priorities and customer interactions simultaneously
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to following through for every customer
