We are hiring cannabis cultivation workers to support daily cannabis plant care throughout the growth cycle in a controlled environment! Work for an exciting industry! Bring your plant knowledge and growing experience to a new job!

Duties:

Support cultivation tasks (planting, watering, feeding, pruning, monitoring)
Maintain environmental conditions (irrigation, lighting, airflow, humidity)
Perform plant maintenance (defoliation, trellising, IPM support)
Monitor for pests, disease, and nutrient issues; report concerns

Requirements:

Must be at least 19 years of age
Experience in cannabis cultivation or horticulture (LP or education preferred)
Knowledge of plant care and pest management
Comfortable in controlled grow environments with strong sanitation focus
Familiarity with GPP/GMP and regulated environments

Shift:

Monday to Friday, 7am to 3:30pm

Pay rate:

$18/hour
Weekly pay every Friday
