Cannabis Cultivation

We are hiring cannabis cultivation workers to support daily cannabis plant care throughout the growth cycle in a controlled environment! Work for an exciting industry! Bring your plant knowledge and growing experience to a new job!

Duties:

• Support cultivation tasks (planting, watering, feeding, pruning, monitoring)
• Maintain environmental conditions (irrigation, lighting, airflow, humidity)
• Perform plant maintenance (defoliation, trellising, IPM support)
• Monitor for pests, disease, and nutrient issues; report concerns

Requirements:

• Must be at least 19 years of age
• Experience in cannabis cultivation or horticulture (LP or education preferred)
• Knowledge of plant care and pest management
• Comfortable in controlled grow environments with strong sanitation focus
• Familiarity with GPP/GMP and regulated environments

Shift:

• Monday to Friday, 7am to 3:30pm

Pay rate:

• $18/hour
• Weekly pay every Friday
