The Great Canadian Employment Ltd. is currently hiring experienced Forklift Operators for a busy warehouse facility in Mississauga.

This position requires previous experience working in a freezer environment (-20°ree;C) and operating Reach and Counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Operate Raymond Reach and Counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, move, and stage products throughout the warehouse
• Support order picking and inventory replenishment
• Complete daily equipment inspections
• Follow all warehouse, food safety, and health & safety procedures
• Maintain accurate inventory movement and product handling
• Keep work areas clean and organized

What You Need

• Valid Reach and Counterbalance forklift license
• Minimum 3 years of forklift operating experience
• Previous freezer experience required (-20°ree;C environment)
• Comfortable working extended periods in freezer conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Experience in food distribution or cold storage environments is considered an asset

• Safety PPE and freezer gear required
