The Great Canadian Employment Ltd. is currently hiring experienced Forklift Operators for a busy warehouse facility in Mississauga.

This position requires previous experience working in a freezer environment (-20°ree;C) and operating Reach and Counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do

Operate Raymond Reach and Counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently
Load, unload, move, and stage products throughout the warehouse
Support order picking and inventory replenishment
Complete daily equipment inspections
Follow all warehouse, food safety, and health & safety procedures
Maintain accurate inventory movement and product handling
Keep work areas clean and organized

What You Need

Valid Reach and Counterbalance forklift license
Minimum 3 years of forklift operating experience
Previous freezer experience required (-20°ree;C environment)
Comfortable working extended periods in freezer conditions
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Experience in food distribution or cold storage environments is considered an asset

Fast-paced warehouse operation
Majority of work performed in a freezer environment (-20°ree;C)
Physically active role
Safety PPE and freezer gear required
