Ontario's infrastructure sector is booming — and we're representing multiple clients seeking Senior Civil Engineers to help deliver critical municipal and transportation projects.
This is your opportunity to take a leadership role in shaping the future of roads, bridges, water systems, and community infrastructure across Ontario.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the design & execution of municipal and transportation infrastructure projects
- Oversee civil designs for grading, stormwater, watermains, sanitary, and roadway systems
- Manage multi-disciplinary project teams & coordinate with contractors, municipalities, and agencies
- Serve as the Engineer of Record on major works
- Mentor junior engineers & provide senior technical oversight
- Engage directly with clients on proposals, planning, and project delivery
What We're Looking For:
- Licensed P.Eng. in Ontario (or eligible)
- 10+ years in civil engineering with strong infrastructure focus
- Proficiency with Civil 3D and design standards for municipal/transportation projects
- Proven leadership, mentorship, and client-facing skills

The salary is $110,000.00–$150,000.00 per year, plus bonus and profit-sharing.
