Journeyman Plumber

Licensed Plumber / Crew Lead (Service & Install) – London, ON

Plumbing for Life is hiring a licensed plumber to lead a truck, run jobs independently, and help train apprentices.

We're a small, growing plumbing company in London, Ontario. Right now, we have solid demand need strong field leadership so we can grow.

What you'll do

• Run residential service calls and small installs
• Troubleshoot and complete jobs start to finish
• Communicate with customers on-site
• Take ownership of quality and outcomes

What we're looking for

• Licensed plumber (306A or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years residential/service experience
• Able to run a truck independently
• Comfortable mentoring apprentices
• Strong troubleshooting and customer communication

This is NOT for you if:

• You only want to work alone without responsibility
• You avoid training or working with apprentices
• You're looking for a slow-paced or “coast” job
