Plumbing for Life is hiring a licensed plumber to lead a truck, run jobs independently, and help train apprentices.

We're a small, growing plumbing company in London, Ontario. Right now, we have solid demand need strong field leadership so we can grow.

What you'll do

Run residential service calls and small installs
Troubleshoot and complete jobs start to finish
Communicate with customers on-site
Take ownership of quality and outcomes

What we're looking for

Licensed plumber (306A or equivalent experience)
5+ years residential/service experience
Able to run a truck independently
Comfortable mentoring apprentices
Strong troubleshooting and customer communication

You avoid training or working with apprentices
You're looking for a slow-paced or “coast” job
