- Perform general labour duties as assigned
- Load, unload, and move materials around the job site
- Assist team members with daily tasks and project completion
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Follow all company health and safety procedures
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs on a regular basis
- Must have CSA-approved safety boots
- Reliable transportation to and from work (vehicle or access to public transit)
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat and rain
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Experience participating in team sports such as football, hockey, rugby, or similar physically demanding activities is an asset
