Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through delivery
• Leverage GM product knowledge to match customers with the right Buick or GMC vehicle
• Build and maintain a strong personal client base and referral network
• Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives
• Stay current on GM incentives, programs, and product updates
• Work closely with finance and management to maximize customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and follow-up processes

Qualifications:

• Previous GM dealership sales experience required
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong closing, negotiation, and communication skills
• Professional appearance and customer-first mindset
• Valid Ontario driver's licence
• OMVIC certification (required)
