Ultimate Renovations is looking for a full-time Sales Representative to join our team at our retail showroom space at Bow Valley Square.

This is a client-facing sales and lead generation role. You will be responsible for opening and closing the retail space, engaging with people who visit or pass by the showroom, introducing them to Ultimate Renovations, and helping generate qualified renovation leads for our sales team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is outgoing, professional, reliable, and comfortable starting conversations with new people.

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for the following:

• Opening and closing the retail showroom space according to company procedures.
• Greeting and engaging with potential clients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Introducing visitors to Ultimate Renovations and the types of renovation projects we complete.
• Asking qualifying questions to understand renovation needs, timelines, and contact information.
• Encouraging interested visitors to complete a contact form so our sales team can follow up.
• Communicating relevant client information to the sales team.
• Tracking leads and basic showroom activity as required.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, professional showroom environment.
• Representing Ultimate Renovations in a positive and professional manner at all times.

On your resume, we will be looking for the following qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, retail sales, customer service, hospitality, or a client-facing role.
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with new people.
• A professional, approachable, and positive attitude.
• Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work full-time
• Comfortable working independently.
• Ability to ask questions, listen carefully, and collect accurate information.
• Interest in home renovations, design, construction, or real estate would be considered an asset.
• Previous lead generation or commission-based sales experience would be considered an asset.

Compensation:

This position will include an hourly wage plus commission.

Final compensation structure will be discussed during the interview process and will be based on experience.

Schedule:

Full-time position based in our retail showroom space in Bow Valley Square.

Availability Monday to Thursday 9 am to 4 pm, Friday 9 am to 2 pm.
