WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- An accredited post-secondary education degree or diploma
- 3+ years of proven experience independently managing teams and business operations
- Key personal management skills, including a high level of professionalism, strong communication, accountability, adaptability, and a high stress tolerance
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions quickly keeping the best interest of the company and the employees in mind
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills that can support strong team dynamics, successful projects, and build lasting client relationships
- High level of initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to complete tasks within defined timelines with little guidance
- Excellent ability in monitoring performance including employee productivity, proofreading, and copy editing to ensure accuracy and consistency in deliverables
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, as well as management tools such as Google Workspace and Monday.com
- Knowledge of GIS would be an asset

- Oversee day-to day business operations while proactively identifying opportunities for improvement, driving next-step planning, and contributing to the overall strategic direction of the company.
- Work closely with other management team members to align priorities, and share insights and updates.
- Lead and support team members by fostering a productive, collaborative, and accountable work environment.
- Plan, execute, track, and oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, scope and goals are met, including efficiency and accountability.
- Prioritize tasks effectively across different teams to optimize productivity and project outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication, responsiveness, availability, and friendly attitude.
- Monitor and review client deliverables to ensure quality standards are met, exceeded, and constantly improving.
- Support HR functions including tracking and reporting on business and employee performance metrics using existing systems to support continuous improvements and decision making.
