Team Leader – Face-to-Face Fundraising (Winnipeg)

Public Outreach is an industry leader in face-to-face fundraising, proudly supporting more than 40 incredible charities across Canada, the US, and Europe. We are widely recognized for our ethical approach to donor acquisition and our sustainable, non-profit-inspired pay structure.

We are currently looking for an energetic, experienced Team Leader to guide, motivate, and grow a dedicated team of 5 to 10 face to face door to door fundraisers right here in Winnipeg.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead, mentor, and work alongside a team of 5 to 10 face-to-face fundraisers in the field.

-Drive daily fundraising targets through positive motivation and active coaching.

-Conduct regular on-the-ground training to refine your team's public outreach skills.

-Ensure all donor interactions align with our high ethical standards and commitment to quality.

-Experience: A minimum of one year of successful face-to-face fundraising experience is required.

-Leadership: Natural leadership skills with the ability to inspire a team and keep energy high.
