Construction Manager
We are working with a well-established, diverse and growing, Vancouver based property management firm seeking a full-time Construction Manager for their residential buildings in Lower Mainland area.
This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced construction maintenance person to grow and learn in a corporate environment.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of all major capital expenses for all buildings managed
• Plan and budget all major capital expenses
• Organize all renovations for all common areas and major capex projects for all buildings
• Work with operations manager for any pending repair issues
• Supervise all staff when needed
• Supervise all contractors when needed
• Handle tenant issues (i.e., Repairs and maintenance)
• Construction material delivery when needed
• Work with the management team when needed

Requirements:

• 5+ years in construction and project management
• Ability work lead a team and coordinate and work with sub contractors
• Trades background is beneficial
• Strong communicator and ability to lead projects

Compensation open to discussion based on experience.
