Data entry of A/R and A/P Invoices and payments, A/R collections, credit card processing, daily banking updates, matching paperwork, filing, responding to inquiries, reconciling statements and other administration duties as assigned. Training will be provided.
Qualifications:
· 1-2 years of accounting experience (A/R and A/P) or a diploma/certificate in accounting
· Experience in accounting software and Excel (especially QuickBooks) would be an asset
· Attention to detail and numeracy, strong organizational skills
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment
· Flexible – willing to take on additional tasks and responsibilities
· Strong communication skills
