As we enter a significant growth phase, we are seeking a senior consumer leader to scale our retail and self-directed investor business globally.
Role Overview
We are hiring a Head of Consumer to own worldwide consumer revenue strategy and execution across retail investors, self-directed traders, and the broader investing community. This includes digital subscriptions, in-product monetization, partnerships, and platform integrations.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role with full accountability for consumer revenue growth, retail GTM, growth marketing, monetization strategy, and the consumer team.
Initially, this is a player-coach position. You will personally own the consumer growth roadmap and key partnerships while building the team, systems, and infrastructure required to scale globally.
This role is ideal for a consumer fintech, B2C subscription, or product-led growth leader who thrives in entrepreneurial environments and understands how to convert, retain, and monetize self-directed investors at scale.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Consumer Revenue Strategy & Ownership
- Own global consumer revenue performance across subscriptions, partnerships, and in-product monetization
- Define and execute the retail GTM strategy and digital monetization roadmap
- Establish subscription pricing, packaging, tiers, and lifecycle commercial frameworks
- Drive growth across acquisition, conversion, retention, and lifetime value
Growth & Marketing
- Lead full-funnel growth: paid acquisition, SEO, content, lifecycle marketing, and community
- Build and optimize conversion funnels from free user to paying subscriber
- Run rigorous experimentation programs across pricing, onboarding, and product surfaces
- Partner with Product to drive product-led growth loops
- Partnerships & Distribution
- Build strategic partnerships with fintech platforms, brokers, and investing communities
- Develop platform integrations that drive distribution and acquisition
- Engage with influencers, creators, and educators in the retail investing ecosystem
Organizational Leadership
- Build and scale a high-performing consumer team across growth, marketing, partnerships, and community
- Lead disciplined forecasting, cohort analysis, and performance management
- Implement the data, attribution, and analytics infrastructure required to scale
Cross-Functional & Market Leadership
- Define consumer ICPs, geographic priorities, and brand positioning
- Partner with Product on roadmap priorities informed by retail user behavior and feedback
- Represent the brand to the retail investing community at events and in media
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of senior consumer / growth leadership experience within fintech, SaaS, or consumer subscription businesses
- Proven track record scaling B2C subscription revenue or product-led growth businesses
- Demonstrated success building and scaling growth, marketing, or consumer teams in high-growth environments
- Deep understanding of acquisition, conversion, retention, and LTV mechanics
- Strong analytical capability with fluency in cohort analysis, funnel metrics, and experimentation
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, startup or scale-up environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in consumer fintech, brokerage, or investing platforms
- Background scaling product-led or freemium growth models
- Experience with creator, community, or influencer-driven distribution
- Experience driving revenue for AI-supported financial or analytics products
- Familiarity with the retail investing ecosystem (brokers, communities, creators)
- International or multi-region consumer growth experience
