About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support our construction project teams from initiation through closeout. The ideal candidate brings an architectural background, a strong grasp of construction processes, and the organizational skills to keep complex projects on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day project activities including scheduling, documentation, and communication between trades, consultants, and clients
Prepare, review, and track submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project correspondence
Maintain and update project schedules, action logs, and meeting minutes
Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and flag cost variances to the Project Manager
Liaise with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure alignment on project requirements
Maintain organized project files, drawings, and records in physical and digital formats
Support compliance with health, safety, and building code requirements on all active projects
Enter and manage project data within the company's project management system
