We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment and possesses a strong combination of creative thinking, content strategy, and digital marketing expertise.

Position Overview

As the Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing the digital presence of multiple brands simultaneously. This is a hands-on role requiring exceptional organizational skills, creativity, and technical proficiency across social media, paid advertising, and email marketing.

The successful candidate will contribute beyond day-to-day execution by actively participating in campaign ideation, content development, audience engagement strategies, and performance optimization initiatives.

This position is best suited for someone with previous experience managing multiple brands, either within an agency environment or across diverse business sectors such as hospitality, retail, events, professional services, and B2B organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Manage and maintain social media accounts across multiple brands and platforms.

  • Develop and execute content calendars aligned with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.

  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all channels.

  • Monitor engagement, respond to audience interactions, and foster community growth.

  • Track industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging platform opportunities.

Content Strategy & Creative Development

  • Research trends and develop innovative content concepts for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.

  • Create compelling content strategies that align with campaign goals and audience behavior.

  • Develop campaign themes, storytelling concepts, content pillars, and promotional initiatives.

  • Collaborate closely with designers, photographers, videographers, and production teams to bring creative concepts to life.

  • Generate fresh, high-quality ideas that elevate brand awareness and audience engagement.

Paid Advertising

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid social media campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.

  • Conduct audience research, campaign testing, budget allocation, and performance optimization.

  • Analyze campaign metrics and provide actionable recommendations to improve results.

  • Monitor ROI, lead generation performance, engagement metrics, and conversion outcomes.

  • Prepare performance reports and present key findings to internal stakeholders.

Email Marketing

  • Create and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, promotional announcements, and automated workflows.

  • Manage audience segmentation and campaign scheduling.

  • Write compelling email copy designed to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend ongoing optimizations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate campaign timelines with creative, production, and leadership teams.

  • Ensure marketing assets are delivered accurately and on schedule.

  • Support broader marketing initiatives and special projects as required.

  • Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and strategic planning meetings.

Qualifications & Experience Required

  • 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, performance marketing, or related fields.

  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple brands simultaneously.

  • Experience with both organic and paid social media campaigns.

  • Experience executing email marketing campaigns.

  • Strong understanding of content creation, audience engagement, and social media best practices.

  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Portfolio showcasing previous campaigns, social media accounts, or relevant work samples.

Preferred

  • Experience working in an agency environment or multi-brand organization.

  • Experience supporting brands across hospitality, retail, events, professional services, or B2B sectors.

  • Familiarity with marketing analytics and performance reporting.

  • Basic understanding of content production workflows and creative asset development.

Technical Skills

The ideal candidate will have experience with the following tools and platforms:

Required

  • Meta Ads Manager

  • Meta Business Suite

  • Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar email marketing platforms

  • Social media scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, or equivalent

  • Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Preferred

  • Canva

  • Basic photo and video editing tools

  • Analytics and reporting platforms

  • Marketing automation platforms

AI & Emerging Technologies
