What You'll Do:
- Surface Prep: Expertly sand, scrape, caulk, and patch surfaces to ensure a flawless finish.
- Application: Apply paint, stain, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and airless sprayers.
- Protection: Set up drop cloths and tape off areas to protect clients' furniture and flooring.
- Clean-up: Maintain a professional and organized job site daily.
- Safety: Safely operate ladders and scaffolding (Working at Heights).
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of professional painting experience preferred (though we are willing to train the right person with a great attitude).
- Skillset: Strong "cutting-in" skills and knowledge of different paint types/finishes.
- Reliability: Must have a valid driver's license and your own reliable transportation to get to job sites.
- Physicality: Able to stand for long periods, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Attitude: Punctual, polite, and professional when interacting with homeowners.
