We are seeking an experienced Production Foreman to lead our roofing crews and ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. What Youll Do

• Supervise and lead roofing crews on commercial projects
• Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and company procedures
• Support crew members with technical guidance and hands-on assistance as needed
• Communicate with project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors to maintain workflow
• Monitor materials and equipment usage, and report on project status
• Mentor and train team members to enhance skills and productivity
  

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in roofing or construction, with leadership/foreman experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques, specifically in TPO
• Ability to read plans, manage schedules, and organize crews efficiently
• Valid Working at Heights Certification
• Access to CSA-approved safety gear and tools
• Valid G drivers license and reliable transportation
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team management skills
• Commitment to safety, quality, and timely project completion
