Role Summary:

We are seeking a Quality Focused Construction Supervisor with QAQC experience to join our team in Wandering River working onvarious construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and schedule site personnel to achieve project objectives and milestones.
Prepare overall work plan and schedule in conjunction with Site Superintendent and Project Manager.
Support optimization of mechanical and electrical design drawings and assist in subcontract preparation and negotiation.
Monitor project progress, costs, and materials, implementing corrective actions and schedule adjustments as required.
Ensure compliance with PTW Health, Safety, Security, Environmental policies, union agreements, and all project procedures.
Maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Oversee QA/QC activities, ensuring adherence to ITPs, completion of inspection documentation, and accurate turnover packages.
Conduct field inspections to verify installations comply with codes, standards, contract specifications, and best practices.
Manage red-line drawings, QA/QC databases, and document control for project closeout and client turnover.
Support and mentor field QC personnel and assist construction teams with technical and quality requirements.

Qualifications / Requirements:

Valid Journeyperson Electrician Certificate (Red Seal preferred)
Industrial construction electrical experience required
Strong knowledge of Canadian Electrical Code and OH&S regulations
Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents
Proficient with electrical tools, testing devices, and related equipment
Valid driver's licence required
Required safety certifications: H2S Alive, Fall Protection, Standard First Aid (Level A or C with CPR/AED), CSO
Ability to pass pre-access drug and alcohol testing
Comfortable working in varied environments including heights, confined spaces, and outdoor conditions
Flexible availability for shift work, overtime, and weekends with strong safety focus and self-direction
QA/QC experience including field inspections, ITP compliance, and verification of installations against codes, standards, and specifications
Experience completing turnover documentation, red-line drawings, and QA/QC databases in support of project closeout
Ability to support and guide field QC personnel and assist construction teams with quality assurance requirements
