I am hiring a Director of Sales for a trusted custom manufacturer and private label provider of nutritional supplement powders, chewable tablets and capsules. My client is seeking a driven and dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is enthusiastic about health, wellness, and the natural products industry. The successful candidate will be humble, inspiring, and a hands-on leader with a proven track record of driving technical sales growth through active project engagement. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this role. Specific qualifications include:
  • 5+ years of senior sales leadership in the nutraceutical supplement or adjacent industry
  • Post-secondary Science degree or equivalent technical sales experience
  • A demonstrated ability to make hard decisions to achieve established quality standards
  • Proven leadership experience providing strong client service & rapport
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with CRM/ERP systems.
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • General technical aptitude around weights, measures, formulation, & regulatory affairs
