As we continue to scale our inbound marketing engine and expand, we are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to help lead the next stage of growth.
The Opportunity
This role is focused on one thing above all else: Generating qualified inbound pipeline.
You will own and optimize the systems that drive inbound demand generation across paid media, landing pages, conversion optimization, attribution, and marketing analytics.
We are looking for someone who understands modern B2B SaaS demand generation and knows how to combine:
- performance marketing
- analytics
- CRO
- AI-driven search trends
- testing
- attribution
- funnel optimization
You will work closely with leadership, sales, brand + content marketing, and external partners to scale qualified lead generation while improving efficiency and conversion performance across the entire funnel.
What Youll Own
Paid Media Strategy & Execution
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across:
- Google Ads
- Meta
- emerging platforms including ChatGPT advertising
- Scale spend responsibly while improving lead quality and efficiency
- Build and optimize retargeting and audience segmentation strategies
- Continuously test creative, messaging, landing pages, and targeting
- Monitor CAC, CPL, conversion rates, and pipeline attribution
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Analyze website and landing page performance
- Improve conversion pathways across the inbound funnel
- Develop and execute A/B testing strategies
- Identify friction points and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate on landing page development and optimization
Inbound Demand Generation
- Drive growth in qualified inbound demo requests and SQLs
- Partner with content and SEO resources to align campaigns with high-intent traffic opportunities
- Support vertical expansion campaigns across multiple industries
- Develop campaign strategies aligned with business goals and revenue targets
Analytics & Attribution
- Build reporting frameworks and dashboards
- Improve marketing attribution accuracy
- Monitor funnel performance and identify optimization opportunities
- Translate data into actionable recommendations
- Present performance insights and growth opportunities to leadership
HubSpot & Marketing Operations Collaboration
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to optimize and improve HubSpotreporting and workflows
- Support campaign tracking and attribution integrity
- Help improve lifecycle management and lead flow processes
- Ensure marketing data quality and operational consistency

What Were Looking For
Required Experience
- 35+ years in performance marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing
- Experience creating, optimizing, and managing meaningful paid media budgets
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS marketing
- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- analytics platforms
- conversion tracking
- attribution
- landing page optimization
- Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to prioritize high-impact activities in a fast-moving environment
Strongly Preferred
- Experience with SEO and AI-search optimization concepts
- Experience scaling inbound-driven businesses
- Familiarity with CRO frameworks and testing methodologies
- Experience working with sales teams and revenue operations
- Comfort working in lean, entrepreneurial environments
- Experience in multi-vertical B2B marketing
