Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Cleaning Technician to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a positive and professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and disinfect all toilet surfaces, including seats, handles, walls, and fixtures
• Sweep and sanitize floors; remove debris, litter, and cobwebs
• Clean exterior areas around facilities (entrances, vegetation, garbage)
• Restock supplies such as toilet paper and hand sanitizer
• Demonstrated experience safely operating power tools, including portable pressure washers, for exterior surface and deep cleaning work
• Inspect and maintain dispensers to ensure proper functioning
• Add enzymes to vault toilets and monitor waste levels
• Perform minor repairs (replace seats, fix dispensers, tighten fixtures)
• Travel between multiple park locations following assigned routes
• Complete cleaning tasks according to scheduled frequencies
• Report damages, hazards, or maintenance issues immediately
• Maintain daily records of completed work and site conditions
• Follow all safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals properly
• Maintain professional conduct while working in public areas

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and moving heavy objects

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Valid driver's license class 5 and reliable transportation

NB- Experience is a must in safely operating power tools, including portable pressure washers, for exterior surface and deep cleaning work
