Our industry-leading client is a global manufacturer of industrial fluid sealing products. With a history of strategic growth and strong leadership, this high-profile company is looking to add to their Inside Sales Team in Edmonton to support further and grow a well-established customer base. You will be trained on their technical products and how to sell and service their clients servicing multiple industries.
As an integral part of the sales team, you will assist with customer relationship management, quotations, follow-up, and expediting of critical and time-sensitive orders on a daily basis. You will get hands-on experience with diverse products, help with the service and growth of key accounts, and learn the fundamentals of the business, customers, and product lines.
We are searching for individuals who demonstrate initiative, enjoy the challenge of solving problems, and have the ability to work within a sales team in an industrial manufacturing environment. You will receive on-the-job training from a team of highly experienced professionals in this focused segment. The right attitude, drive, and willingness to be trained are essential.
Specifically, the successful candidate will have:
  • 2-3 years of inside sales and customer relationship management experience, preferably within an industrial and technical environment
  • the desire to support business within established and new accounts
  • a proven record of relationship management and working within a sales team
  • strong organizational and analytical skills
