Finance Manager

About the Role We are a growing multi-location healthcare organization looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our team. This is a hands-on role that sits at the heart of our day-to-day financial operations from payroll and vendor payments to month-end close and contractor reporting. What You'll Do * Manage the full month-end close process in QuickBooks Online across 12+ locations * Reconcile and monitor bank accounts daily; prepare daily cash flow summaries for ownership * Prepare accurate monthly financial statements and management reports for ownership * Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management initiatives * Run bi-weekly payroll through ADP, including employee reimbursements * Manage accounts payable and process vendor payments * Process monthly contractor payments to independent physician contractors based on clinic billings * Calculate and process monthly commissions What We Are Looking For * 3+ years of experience in a finance, accounting, or bookkeeping role * Post secondary education in a related field is an asset * Hands-on experience with ADP payroll processing * Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) * Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple recurring deadlines * Ability to work independently and take ownership of your workload * Experience in a healthcare or multi-site environment is a definite asset * Precise, polished and accountable Why Join Us?
