What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to establish trust and rapport.
  • Juggling multiple tasks and projects with grace and precision (we know, you're a pro at this).
  • Managing client accounts with a keen eye for detail and a focus on the bigger picture.
  • Communicating effectively with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions that matter.
  • Being the go-to person who ensures everything runs like clockwork.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 2-3 years of experience in an Account Manager role (bonus points for tech/SaaS experience).
  • A natural at active listening and a whiz at managing your time.
  • You know how to keep things organized and can multi-task with ease.
  • You build trusting relationships and communicate like a champ.
  • Bonus: Bilingual in French? That’s a plus!
