What You’ll Be Doing:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to establish trust and rapport.
- Juggling multiple tasks and projects with grace and precision (we know, you're a pro at this).
- Managing client accounts with a keen eye for detail and a focus on the bigger picture.
- Communicating effectively with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions that matter.
- Being the go-to person who ensures everything runs like clockwork.
- 2-3 years of experience in an Account Manager role (bonus points for tech/SaaS experience).
- A natural at active listening and a whiz at managing your time.
- You know how to keep things organized and can multi-task with ease.
- You build trusting relationships and communicate like a champ.
- Bonus: Bilingual in French? That’s a plus!
- Salary: CAD 55,000-65,000 per year (depending on experience).
