Construction Site Manager – High-End Interiors (Hospitality)

The Opportunity

This isn't your typical Site Manager role.

This is for someone who knows what it takes to deliver high-end restaurant, bar, and hospitality interiors - where timelines are tight, details matter, and there's nowhere to hide.

We're working with a well-established, design-forward construction firm specializing in premium hospitality build-outs across Toronto. Their work speaks for itself - if you've been in the space, you've likely walked through one of their projects.

They need someone who can step onto site and own it from day one.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead full site execution on $500K – $6M construction projects
Manage all on-site operations for restaurants, bars, and high-end hospitality builds
Coordinate trades, schedules, and sequencing in tight, fast-paced environments
Work closely with designers, clients, and consultants to bring complex visions to life
Ensure quality control on high-end finishes (millwork, feature walls, custom installs, etc.)
Drive projects to completion on schedule, on spec, and on budget

Compensation & Structure

Base salary up to $110,000
Vehicle allowance
Projects primarily located in Downtown Toronto
