Business Analyst and IT Coordinator - 2026-762

Position Status: Regular, Full-time (1.0 FTE)

EFW Radiology is currently seeking a Business Analyst and IT Coordinator to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional patient care!

The Role:

The Business Analyst & IT Coordinator supports the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of technology initiatives across clinical, operational, and business environments.

This role combines business analysis, project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and operational support to ensure technology solutions align with organizational requirements and project objectives.

The successful candidate will work closely with business users, clinical teams, vendors, and IT stakeholders to support requirements gathering, workflow analysis, project coordination, solution validation, and implementation activities.

Reporting to: This position directly reports to the Director of Information Technology

Role Overview:

  • Business Analysis and Requirements Support
    • Support elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation of business, operational, technical, and clinical requirements.
    • Facilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops, interviews, and working sessions with business, clinical, operational, and IT teams.
    • Document current-state and future-state workflows, business processes, system changes, and operational impacts.
    • Translate business and technical requirements into structured specifications, user stories, workflows, and supporting documentation.
    • Assist in impact analysis, process analysis, and requirements traceability activities.
    • Support solution validation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and implementation readiness activities.
    • Participate in continuous process improvement and workflow optimization initiatives.
  • Project Coordination and Delivery Support
    • Support project planning activities including schedules, milestones, deliverables, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate day-to-day project activities across internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
    • Track project risks, issues, actions, decisions, and status updates; escalate as required.
    • Prepare project status reports, dashboards, meeting materials, action logs, and governance documentation.
    • Support release coordination, implementation activities, testing cycles, and deployment readiness.
    • Maintain project documentation, reporting, and delivery tracking across multiple concurrent initiatives.
    • Support compliance with governance, privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
  • Key Responsibilities for Stakeholder Communication Management
    • Assist with change management activities including communications, training coordination, readiness planning, and adoption support.
  • Serve as a liaison between business, operational, clinical, vendor, and technical teams.
  • Facilitate effective communication across project teams and stakeholders.
  • Support stakeholder engagement, expectation management, and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support preparation of leadership updates, stakeholder communications, and project reporting materials.

You have the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Health Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Coordination, IT Coordination, QA / Solution Delivery, or technology project environments
  • Experience supporting enterprise technology initiatives, software delivery, or system implementation projects
  • Experience working in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
  • Experience in healthcare, clinical systems, regulated industries, or enterprise operational environments considered an asset
  • Experience gathering business requirements and workflow documentation.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills
  • Project coordination, issue tracking, risk management, and reporting
  • Experience supporting UAT, validation, testing coordination, and delivery activities.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and concurrent initiatives
  • Familiarity with SQL, APIs, reporting, or backend analysis is considered an asset
