Our client in Edmonton is seeking Applications Support Analyst II for an on-site role in Edmonton/Fort Saskatchewan . This is a 6-12 month contract opportunity.
Your success will be defined by your ability to:
- Support corporate software projects by assisting with the implementation, integration, configuration, and ongoing support of enterprise applications across the organization
- Manage project activities including scope, timelines, risks, resources, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication to support successful project delivery
- Conduct business analysis and provide recommendations to improve corporate software applications, business processes, system functionality, and operational efficiency
- Develop project plans, coordinate application deployments, and maintain strong working relationships with project teams, departments, vendors, and stakeholders
- Support corporate software strategy and planning, including software licensing, maintenance renewals, asset tracking, support models, and service level improvement
- Diagnose and resolve complex application, software, and operating system issues while developing procedures, documentation, and processes to support stable system performance
- Develop custom reports, support data analysis needs, and provide training and technical guidance to staff on corporate software applications
- Great Plains/Diamond , SSRS Report Writing experience is mandatory to have
- Enterprise application support & integration (implementation, configuration, ongoing support)
- Business analysis & system improvement (process optimization, requirements analysis, recommendations)
- Issue troubleshooting & system support (application, software, OS-level debugging and resolution)
- Data reporting & analysis (custom reports, data insights, supporting business decisions)
