TEC Canada is seeking a Client Services Advisor (Chair Support Advisor) hair Engagement Advisor to serve as a partner and primary point of contact for Chairs across their full lifecycle, from onboarding through group development, launch, and ongoing operations. In this high-impact role, you will deliver a consistent, high-quality service experience while building trusted relationships with senior-level stakeholders.

Acting as both advisor and advocate, you will guide Chairs through complex challenges, provide actionable insights, and ensure alignment with TEC Canadas standards and objectives.

This role requires strong business acumen, the ability to engage in candid and influential conversations with C-suite professionals, and a solutions-oriented mindset. Success will come from combining relationship management, structured execution, and proactive problem-solving to drive measurable outcomes and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

Chair Development

  • Lead Chairs through their full journey, from onboarding to group development and ongoing operations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping Chairs refine strategies, navigate challenges, and achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Establish clear expectations, action plans, and accountability measures to support consistent progress.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen Chair effectiveness and overall program success.

Relationship Management & Advisory

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Chairs, maintaining a strong, consistent, and solutions-focused presence.
  • Build and sustain trusted relationships through candid, professional, and influential communication.
  • Engage confidently with C-level professionals, using tact, discretion, and sound judgment.
  • Act as both an advocate and accountability partner, balancing support with performance expectations.
  • Foster strong internal relationships to ensure alignment and effective communication across teams.

Performance Insights & Guidance

  • Monitor key performance indicators and provide clear, actionable insights to support Chair success.
  • Translate complex information into practical guidance tailored to the audience.
  • Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities, and recommend targeted actions or resources.

Organizational Excellence

  • Maintain accurate documentation, systems, and tracking tools to support visibility and alignment.
  • Manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders with strong attention to detail.
  • Deliver a high standard of responsiveness and follow-through in all interactions.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Impact

  • Partner with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, finance, and technology) to address challenges and improve the Chair experience.
  • Share best practices, insights, and opportunities across the team to drive continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to team initiatives, projects, and process enhancements.
  • Provide coverage and support to ensure a seamless and consistent experience.

Proactive Problem-Solving

  • Anticipate challenges and address issues with thoughtful, strategic solutions.
  • Apply strong listening and conflict-resolution skills to navigate complex or sensitive situations.
  • Escalate critical issues appropriately while maintaining ownership and accountability for outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education or 5+ years of equivalent experience in account management, relationship management, consulting, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level stakeholders, including C-suite professionals.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence, coach, and guide through clear and compelling messaging.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems proactively, and execute with discipline.
  • Experience in relationship-based or consultative environments (e.g., advisory, sales, or client services).
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce) and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bilingual French/English is an asset.
