D&G Landscaping is a commercial landscaping and heavy civil construction company based in Greely, Ontario. We are proud to have worked on some of the largest landscape construction projects in our nation's capital. Our projects include Parliament (West Block & Centre Block), Lansdowne Park, Rideau Street, Elgin Street, Brittania Beach, multiple OLRT Stations to name just a few.

The Project Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and administration of multiple landscaping and civil construction projects across industrial, commercial, institutional, municipal, and public infrastructure sectors.
Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Project Coordinator plays a key role in project execution by managing documentation, supporting scheduling and cost control, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining clear communication with clients and project stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Prepare, compile, and submit project documentation, submittals, and construction deliverables
Develop traffic management plans and track completed work, including extra work and changes
Assist with project scheduling and monitor daily production reports
Receive, review, and manage drawings, specifications, and shop drawings
Compile monthly progress quantities for invoicing and payment applications
Support the change order and change proposal process
Monitor project costs and review/approve invoices as required
Coordinate material procurement and assist with daily site scheduling
Obtain permits and ensure compliance with regulatory and project requirements
Coordinate underground utility locates and related services
Maintain consistent communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

Qualifications:

University degree in Civil Engineering, College Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology (CET) or a related discipline, or a minimum of 3+ years of relevant industry experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction or civil infrastructure projects
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills are essential
Valid G-class drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with construction software such as Bluebeam or similar platforms is considered an asset
