What You'll Be Doing

• Recruiting, interviewing, and placing candidates in a variety of industrial and administrative positions
• Conducting interviews and onboarding new employees
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and employees
• Helping companies solve staffing challenges
• Generating new business opportunities through phone, online, and in-person activity
• Working closely with a supportive team to achieve branch goals and deliver exceptional service

What We're Looking For

• A positive, energetic, and professional attitude
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Customer service, sales, recruiting, hospitality, or staffing experience is considered a strong asset
• Recent graduates looking to build a long-term career are encouraged to apply
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week)
