What You'll Be Doing - Recruiting, interviewing, and placing candidates in a variety of industrial and administrative positions Conducting interviews and onboarding new employees - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and employees - Helping companies solve staffing challenges - Generating new business opportunities through phone, online, and in-person activity - Working closely with a supportive team to achieve branch goals and deliver exceptional service What We're Looking For - A positive, energetic, and professional attitude - Strong communication and relationship-building skills - Customer service, sales, recruiting, hospitality, or staffing experience is considered a strong asset - Recent graduates looking to build a long-term career are encouraged to apply - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities - A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle - Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) - Ready to Build Your Future?
