The Marketing Associate will provide comprehensive, 'staff-level' support to the Head of Marketing and the Product Manager. The role is designed for a proactive professional who will execute all marketing promotional project work across all company brands, ensuring alignment with strategic marketing plans. Working closely with key stakeholders and graphic artists, you will have the opportunity to drive impactful initiatives and coordinate critical administrative and financial tasks. This role offers a unique blend of project execution and operational support, ideal for a professional eager to make a substantial. Responsibilities: - Ensure digital materials (eblasts, social media assets) are developed and deployed according to the marketing plan. - Coordinate the procurement process by opening Purchase Orders (POs) for marketing projects -Assist in tracking marketing budgets to ensure financial accuracy and alignment with approved spend. - Support the implementation of marketing promotional projects for all brands including, but not limited to, printed and digital selling tools, trade shows and events, e-blasts, and website updates - Collaborate with graphic resources to manage the design, approval and production of marketing materials; while you will not create layouts, you will manage the workflow and timelines with graphic artists. -Execute on the accessibility of selling materials (EVA, Cober Portal) and ensure the timely delivery of all marketing promotional initiatives Education Experience: -College or University Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a similar field required. - Detail-oriented, organized with strong project coordination skills and a timeline-driven approach. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. - Demonstrated capability to lead projects, working across departments to deliver on milestones and deadlines. - Excels in Google Suite applications and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with PO/accounting systems is a plus. - Work hours may include evenings, weekends and holidays. Travel for meetings/events. - This role will be based onsite in Cambridge (ON) head office.
