We are a growing company based in Cambridge, Ontario, and we are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Full-Time Appointment Setters.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in customer service, administration, or sales support. No previous experience is required as we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy
• Schedule appointments for our environmental technicians and installation specialists
• Confirm, update, and manage appointment schedules
• Maintain accurate customer information and records
• Provide exceptional customer service while representing our company

• No experience required, paid training provided
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Comfortable using computers and basic software applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn

• Competitive hourly wage: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
