Plant Site Manager
The Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily food manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and production targets are achieved. This role leads plant teams, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily plant operations, production schedules, and staffing
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards
- Monitor production performance, costs, and operational efficiencies
- Lead and develop production, maintenance, and warehouse teams
- Coordinate with Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance to resolve issues
- Drive continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives
- Support audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance activities
- 5+ years of leadership experience in food manufacturing operations
- Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations
- Experience managing production teams and plant performance metrics
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Post-secondary education in Operations, Engineering, Food Science, or related field preferred
