- Deep understanding of electronics manufacturing processes and test strategies
- Strong foundation in math, physics, and first-principles design
- Proficiency in interpreting schematics and Bills of Materials
- Experience with LabView and TestStand for test development
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, Windows OS installation, and PC hardware configuration
- Familiarity with Linux installation and configuration
- Expertise in board-level and system/box-level manufacturing and testing
- Knowledge of data collection and statistical process control for yield/failure analysis
- Experience with Linux-based networking and security
- Familiarity with change control processes
