We're looking for a highly motivated and result driven CNC Sales Representative to join our sales team to enhance our continue YoY growth as a provider of machine tool solutions to our end users. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing technology, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve company objectives and increase market share.
- Identify potential clients through research, networking, and referrals, focusing on both new business development and existing customer relationships.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our offerings.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve service delivery.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address client inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging technologies relevant to our products.
Skills
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in outside sales or technical sales environments.
- Strong business development acumen with the ability to analyze market trends effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
