Since 1998, Tech-Wood Building Components Ltd. has been a trusted provider of Engineered Wood Products, Roof Trusses, Wall Panels, and Building Materials to Calgary and surrounding areas.

We proudly operate out of two manufacturing facilities ten minutes apart one off Peigan Trail and the other right off Glenmore Trail, serving our customers with integrity, teamwork, and a drive for excellence.

Your Role: Sales Coordinator

As a Sales Coordinator, you will support the Sales team by assisting with customer account management, coordinating project details, and maintaining accurate information within internal systems. This role works closely with Sales, Design, Procurement, Production, and Logistic teams to ensure customer expectations are met and projects are delivered efficiently.

What Youll Do:

  • Respond to incoming customer calls and emails, providing timely and professional support
  • Assist the sales team with account management and customer communication
  • Create and issue quotes and orders in response to customer requests
  • Coordinate tenders with the sales team and designers within internal systems
  • Follow up with customers on outstanding documentation such as purchase orders or VPOs
  • Maintain accurate customer information, pricing, and project details within internal systems
  • Support internal reporting and data analysis related to customer accounts
  • Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Production, and Logistics teams to support project timelines
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating discussions with customer design teams
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, communication, and efficiency
  • Support marketing initiatives, sponsorships, and company events when required
  • Follow company Health & Safety policies and procedures

What You Bring:

  • 35 years of customer service or sales support experience (multi-family construction or building materials industry is an asset)
  • Post-secondary education in business, sales, or a related field is considered an asset
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience using ERP, CRM, or sales systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
